Processing Time

All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

European Union:

  • FREE shipping on orders of €99 or more
  • For orders under €99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

Other destinations:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • EU countries: Typically 2-7 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: Typically 4-8 business days after dispatch
  • Japan: Typically 4-8 business days after dispatch
  • United States: Typically 7-14 business days after dispatch

Shipping Carrier

We use PostNL as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to you.

Customs and Duties

For order shipped to the United States, the tariff and customs duties are paid by us. Other fees imposed including sales tax are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For UK customers:

  • For orders < £135 (excluding shipping), VAT is collected during payment.
  • For orders >= £135 (excluding shipping), VAT is collected after shipment and is the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Import and customs duties are paid by us.

For orders shipped outside the EU (excluding the United States), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
